The Suzuka Circuit

For a long time Japan had the only Asian Grand Prix but many believe that it still has the best, there are certainly no problems here selling Japanese Grand Prix tickets to the fans who are among the most passionate though with a degree of Japanese reserve of course.

The Japanese Grand Prix as a championship round dates back to 1976 when the first Japanese Grand Prix was held at Fuji and then again in 1977, the race was then dropped until 1987. In 1987 thanks to the involvement of increasing numbers of Japanese sponsors and Honda the race came back at Suzuka where it stayed for the next twenty years. After a couple of seasons at Fuji in 2007 and 2008 the race has now returned to Suzuka.
